Accident & Health Gross Annual Premiums
& Enrollment Data Filing Training Session

The Office held an Accident & Health Gross Annual Premiums & Enrollment Data (GAP) filing training session on January 28, 2010. The session focused on the requirements of this data filing, the proper procedure to make a filing, and what problems we have seen from past filings.

Pursuant to Section 627.9175, Florida Statutes, insurers are required to submit GAP data to the Office by April 1 of each year.
