Provides a listing of the Office’s approved and newly requested performance
measures and standards.
The performance measure assessment form is used to explain why an approved
performance standard was not met.
The performance measure validity and reliability statements are used to
explain the data sources, methodology, reliability, and validity of a
performance measure. The statements included in this Plan are for newly
requested performance measures, or for requested adjustments to approved
performance measures or standards for FY 2005-06.
