Florida Insurance Commissioner Kevin McCarty will hold a media availability to discuss the First District Court of Appeal's
order of today upholding the Office's Jan. 17 Immediate Final Order, suspending the licenses of the Allstate Companies from writing any new business in Florida.
The Court's ruling means that the suspension goes back into effect immediately.
A copy of the Court's order is attached.
