The Office has released its 2009 “Accident & Health Markets Gross Annual Premium and Market Report.”  The report is required under Section 627.9175, Florida Statutes, and includes data from health insurers, prepaid limited health service organizations, and health maintenance organizations with health and accident insurance coverage and medical plans being marketed and currently in force in Florida.
