Florida Insurance Commissioner Kevin McCarty to Testify Before Two Subcommittees of the U.S. House of Representatives

Florida Insurance Commissioner Kevin McCarty, on behalf of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC), will testify before the U.S. House of Representatives Subcommittees on Financial Institutions and Consumer Credit and Insurance, Housing, and Community Opportunity Committee on Financial Services regarding “Examining the Impact of the Proposed Rules to Implement Basel III Capital Standards.” The Subcommittees will examine the issues concerning the implementation of the Basel III regulatory standard.
