Florida requires fingerprinting of all individuals for whom
biographical affidavits or business character reports are being
submitted. To print or download a copy of instructions for
submitting fingerprint cards, including instructions for
submitting fingerprint fees for U.S. citizens (click
here). To print or download a copy of the fingerprint
charges invoice for non-U.S. citizens with no social security
number (click
here). The fingerprint cards can be obtained from the
Applications Coordinator by calling (850) 413-2575 or email to
appcoord@floir.com.
