Reporting Requirements.
The Division of Workers'
Compensation of the
Department of Financial
Services shall report the
information collected from
self-insurers authorized to
transact workers'
compensation insurance in
accordance with Section
627.914(5), Florida
Statutes, by submitting a
summary of such information
to the Bureau of Property
and Casualty Forms and
Rates, Office of Insurance
Regulation, Larson Building,
Tallahassee, Florida, on or
before June 1st of each
year.
