WHAT: AUTO-OWNERS PUBLIC HEARING POSTPONED
WHEN: Hearing was scheduled to take place Friday, Oct. 26 at 9:30 a.m.
WHERE: Senate Office Building, Room 401, at the Capitol
WHY: The Office of Insurance Regulation is continuing to receive an extensive amount of documents from Auto-Owners in response to the subpoenas and has determined that it will need more time to complete a proper review and to ensure that the hearing is meaningful.
A new hearing date has not been set.
