The U.S. Senate Special Committee on Aging has asked Commissioner McCarty to testify about Florida's regulation of Continuing Care Retirement Communities including Florida's regulatory framework, and trends for the industry.
 
The U.S. Senate Special Committee on Aging will make webcast information available on its Web site prior to the scheduled testimony.
 
The Office will issue a news release and make the Commissioner's testimony available on the Office's Web site following the testimony.
