Investigative subpoenas were issued to MetLife, and to Nationwide. MetLife will testify first.

Public Officials: Commissioner Kevin McCarty (Florida), Commissioner Stephen Robertson (Indiana), Commissioner Adam Hamm (North Dakota), Lt. Governor & Director of Insurance Mary Taylor (Ohio), Commissioner Michael Consedine (Pennsylvania), Commissioner Julie McPeak (Tennessee), and representatives for Florida's Chieft Financial Officer, and for Florida's Attorney General.

Others Represented: The National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC), and regulators from the following states: Alabama, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, Okalahoma, and Virginia.
