The Office of Insurance Regulation will hold a joint public hearing with the Florida Health Insurance Advisory Board on Medical Loss Ratio (MLR).

FHIAB will hold a public meeting and plans to adopt the 2009 FHIAB Report. Insurance Commissioner Kevin McCarty is the FHIAB chairman.
